Job Description

  • A leading automotive company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and discretion in managing the CEO’s schedule, correspondence, and stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise with internal teams, Board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic projects, events, and executive initiatives.
  • Oversee office administration and assist with budget tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience in executive-level support.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
