Job Description
- A leading automotive company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and discretion in managing the CEO’s schedule, correspondence, and stakeholder engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects, events, and executive initiatives.
- Oversee office administration and assist with budget tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in executive-level support.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
