Job Purpose
To conduct accurate and timely inbound stock checks, confirm outbound stock before dispatch, and ensure proper stock handling and record-keeping in accordance with company policies. This role is essential to supporting stock control, order accuracy, and maintaining warehouse efficiency—especially in a cold-chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
GRV Administration

Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards

Accurately receive and match GRVs to delivery notes and process in SAP
-
Capture all relevant transactions and address customer queries
-
Manage short and over-supplied stock
Billing Administration
-
Print picking, checking, loading, and billing documents
-
Ensure quantities picked, loaded, and invoiced match
-
Conduct blind checks and weigh stock as necessary
-
Monitor outstanding shipments and manage invoice reprints
-
Maintain proper document control and cleanliness in the distribution office
Housekeeping
-
Keep cold room and work areas clean, organized, and safe

Properly stack and store goods
-
Remove waste and excess pallets promptly
Cold Chain and Temperature Management

Take and record daily temperatures

Maintain temperature integrity of frozen and chilled products

Limit time stock spends outside cold storage
Stock Control

Stack goods securely and handle stock properly

Monitor stock movement and rotation
-
Prevent damage and loading discrepancies

Conduct spot checks and assist in daily stock counts
Loading Rate Monitoring

Follow OHS and ISO compliance standards

Prevent fire, accidents, and maintain a safe work environment
Product Handling

Ensure cold room doors remain closed

Prohibit glass containers near products

Ensure pre-cooled trucks are used

Support warehouse team and act as point of contact in the absence of Shift Controller
