Job Description
RCL FOODS is looking for experienced Production Supervisors to join its Speciality Business Unit in Spartan. This role is responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day activities on a production line while ensuring that processes meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification

Recognized Prior Learning (RPL) may be considered

Relevant experience in a Food Processing or FMCG Production environment

Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours

Basic computer literacy

Good interpersonal communication and leadership skills

Supervise the production line team
