Purpose of the Job
The purpose of the Advertising Clerk position is to support the Advertising team in developing and managing promotional materials such as leaflets, bonus buys, and pricing posters. This role ensures accuracy, brand consistency, and effective communication across advertising platforms, contributing to improved customer engagement and increased sales.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage promotional leaflets and advertising materials.

Update and amend information in the Retail Management System (RMS).

Collaborate with buyers on change management processes.

Load and verify bonus buys in SAP.

Conduct SAP checks against Special Purchase Agreements (SPAs).

Communicate with internal service departments to ensure alignment.

Maintain internal site group information for operational efficiency.

Brief and proofread price perception posters.

Archive published promotional materials for reference.

Provide general administrative support to the advertising team.
Qualifications
Experience
Knowledge and Skills

Basic understanding of SAP (experience is a plus).

Good time and project management abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.

Strong English communication, grammar, and spelling skills.
