Training and Development – Mediclinic Southern Africa

A National Diploma with 5 years relevant experience is required.

Working experience within a Training and Development environment is highly recommended.

Knowledge of CRS will be to your advantage.

Sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel Packages is essential.

Knowledge of the principles of office management including organising, workflow, forms, supplies, equipment, and procedures relating to filing, record keeping, correspondence and procurement are required.

Strong numerical abilities coupled with reconciliation skills are necessary.

To manage the Training and Development administration systems.

To prepare Training and Development statistics for reporting purposes.

Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a nursing professional.

Professional Nurse (All Disciplines) – Mediclinic Southern Africa: Doctors

Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse.

Prior experience in a similar unit will be an advantage.
