Irene Homes, a Non-profit organization situated in Irene, Centurion, invite candidates to apply for the position of Receptionist
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12
- At least 7 years experience as a Receptionist or in a related field
- Valid South African Drivers License
- Candidate must be between the age of 25 and 45
- Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially standard word processing and spreadsheet software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Capable of learning any specialized software the organization may use for its administrative work
- Proven experience and knowledge in operating standard office equipment – this includes multi-line telephones, copiers, fax machines, etc.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and a legible handwriting
- Proficient in English – both writing and speaking with a good and extended vocabulary
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with calmness and efficiency
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- Experience in working with persons with a disability will be a recommendation
- Assist with maintaining database (customers/parents)
